Wallstreet Sand Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee production, maintenance, and logistics at our high-volume sand mining facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining or oilfield operations, with a preference for sand mining experience. This role is critical for ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant plant operations while supporting both field and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workforce planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and optimize equipment uptime.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and company safety policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between plant leadership, field crews, and corporate teams.
