Operations Manager (Wooden Crating/Industrial Packing)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory, packing and site operations.
• Manage wooden crate production and industrial packing activities.
• Coordinate machinery and equipment moving projects.
• Plan manpower, schedules, vehicles, equipment and resources.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Monitor productivity, overtime, wastage and operational costs.
• Manage supervisors and workers across multiple projects.
• Resolve operational, quality, safety and scheduling issues.
• Improve workflow, turnaround time and overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant operations experience.
• At least 3 years in an operations leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, engineering or industrial services.
• Strong manpower planning, scheduling and cost-control experience.
• Able to manage both factory and site operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Hands-on, decisive and strong in problem-solving.
• Able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Strong safety awareness and operational discipline.
• Experience in wooden crating, industrial packing or project logistics is advantageous.
