Operations Manager

1. Operations Strategy and Store Management: Develop and implement operational strategies for chainstores, oversee store management, and participate in daily sales and business operations to ensure efficient store performance and high customer satisfaction.

2. Daily Operations Supervision and Management: Supervise and manage the daily operations of chain stores, including but not limited to staff training, inventory management, financial security, and the execution of marketing activities.

3. Operational Efficiency and Business Performance Improvement: Analyze operational data, organize market promotions and marketing campaigns, continuously optimize operational processes, and improve service quality to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and enhance overall business performance.

4. Store Site Selection and Expansion Planning: Plan and identify suitable store locations based on market research, business potential, and the company's expansion strategy.

5. Channel Partnerships and Brand Promotion: Negotiate and establish partnerships with offline retail chains, supermarkets, and shopping malls to secure business opportunities and store placements. Expand the brand's presence on high-traffic online platforms to increase brand exposure, market reach, and sales.

6. Management Support and Administrative Assistance: Support senior management in a fast-growing business environment by assisting with daily management tasks, coordinating projects, and carrying out other duties and assignments delegated by management.
