Operations Migration Support Analyst (Banking/East/Contract till Sep 2027/Up to $4500)

Job Background/context:

As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behaviour, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/ repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behaviour
• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable

Qualifications: (degree/certifications)

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
