We are hiring an experienced nurse to run our day-to-day practice: converting enquiries into care, matching the right carers to the right clients, and maintaining clinical standards across all active placements. You will be the operational heart of the business, working with significant autonomy.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)/Registered Midwife (RM) with current NMCN licence (verified with the council)
- 4+ years post-qualification experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory, matron, or coordination role
- Home care, community health, or private practice experience strongly preferred
- Confident training and assessing others
