About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Liaison Assistant to support our operations team in coordinating daily service activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, organising schedules and communicating with different stakeholders. You will act as the link between our office and field service technicians to ensure service jobs are completed smoothly and accurately documented.

Prior experience in the fire protection industry is not required. Candidates with administrative, customer service, logistics or operations coordination experience are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily deployment and scheduling of service technicians
  • Liaise with technicians regarding job progress, site attendance and operational matters
  • Follow up with technicians to obtain service information, photographs and necessary documentation after each job
  • Prepare and compile service reports and related documentation
  • Update internal job records and ensure information is complete and accurate
  • Coordinate with customers where necessary regarding service appointments and scheduling
  • Work closely with the Operations, Sales and Administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Assist in monitoring outstanding reports and follow up on pending items
  • Perform general administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in administration, logistics coordination, scheduling or operations support will be an advantage but is not essential

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
