Operations Performance Analyst / Senior Executive

Summary
Analyzes logistics operations data to produce reports, KPIs, and dashboards, and supports incentive calculations and performance improvements in a fast-paced Singapore-based logistics company.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyse operational performance data and prepare regular performance reports and management dashboards.
- Support the design, administration and continuous improvement of operational KPIs, performance frameworks and incentive programmes.
- Prepare monthly incentive and performance calculations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and timely completion.
- Work closely with Operations, HR and Finance to validate performance data and support the monthly payroll process.
- Monitor operational trends, identify performance gaps and provide data-driven recommendations to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain performance-related policies, calculation logic, templates and documentation to ensure consistency and governance.
- Support manpower and workforce analysis, including productivity, overtime and resource utilisation.
- Participate in business improvement projects and assist in developing practical performance management solutions.
- Prepare management presentations, reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.
- Perform other duties or projects assigned by the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Statistics or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical ability are welcome to apply.
- One to three years of experience in operations analysis, performance management, business analysis or workforce analytics will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and other analytical functions).
- Able to work comfortably with large volumes of data and multiple deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across different departments.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as this role will work with group systems, reports and documentation primarily maintained in Chinese.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL or other data visualisation tools will be an advantage.
