About the Role

We are looking for an Operations / Performance Manager Logistics to join our team in Sulechów, Poland. In this role, you will take ownership of on-site performance, drive continuous process improvements together with our logistics service provider, and act as the key link between internal departments and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct regular performance assessments and derive improvement recommendations based on the results
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and the 3PL service provider to identify, design, and implement process improvements
• Define performance metrics, benchmarks, and targets for improvement initiatives and monitor progress against them
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to close performance gaps and improve on-site KPIs
• Define, monitor, and report on SLAs and KPIs
• Manage and coordinate the assigned operational areas of the on-site service provider, including Inbound, Stow/Pick, and Outbound
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions together with Operational Excellence and the service provider
• Review operational planning, including forecasted volumes, staffing levels, and performance expectations
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, the external logistics service provider, and customers when required

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in logistics, operations, or a supervisory/management role within a modern logistics or production environment
• Experience with automated material flow systems and logistics operations
• Experience working with KPIs and performance management; knowledge of Lean, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
• Confident handling of relevant IT systems, such as ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2); German is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and a structured way of working
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
