Operations Program Manager (OPM)

Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and high-potential Operations Program Manager (OPM) to support customer programs and service operations in Taiwan.

This role serves as the key coordination point between customers, Taiwan operations, India engineering teams, and suppliers. The OPM is responsible for driving execution, managing resources, identifying risks, and ensuring customer commitments are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Customer Coordination

Drive project schedules, customer commitments, and operational activities. Act as the primary interface between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and operations.

• Resource & Operations Planning

Support engineer allocation, service readiness, onboarding activities, and operational planning to ensure sufficient support capacity.

• Engineering & Action Item Management

Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and drive issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

• Material & Supplier Coordination

Monitor material rea
