Operations Program Manager

Salary: RM 10,000 – RM 14,000 per month

Job Purpose

Manage customer programs and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve customer requirements for schedule, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational contact for assigned customers.

• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and action items.

• Coordinate Production, Engineering, Quality, SCM, Planning, Warehouse, and IT.

• Lead customer and internal program meetings.

• Monitor material readiness, production capacity, output, quality, cost, and delivery.

• Coordinate customer visits, audits, qualifications, and production ramp-up.

• Identify program risks and drive corrective or recovery actions.

• Provide regular program updates to customers and management.

• Follow up customer issues and internal actions until closure.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of program management or manufacturing operations experience.

• Good knowledge of the EMS electronics manufacturing business is required.

• Experience in SMT, FATP, testing, or storage products is preferred.

• Knowledge of SSD or other data-storage products will be a strong advantage.

• Strong customer communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
