  • Lead Operations-focused program meetings, reviews, and status briefings with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Work with Supply Chain to ensure technical, quality, and schedule requirements are properly flowed down to suppliers of critical components and assemblies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product requirements and ensure compliance throughout execution.
  • Manage scope changes and assess impacts to schedule, cost, and deliverables; escalate recommendations to leadership and Program Management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program and organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Operations and/or Project Management, ideally within aerospace, defense, or advanced technology environments.
  • Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborative problem‑solving skills with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Experience working in a highly technical, engineering-driven environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to engage effectively with internal teams and government customers.
