Operations Reliability Engineer - Automations
You will immerse yourself in operational workflows to observe, document, and deeply understand end-to-end processes before designing durable software solutions. You will design, build, test, deploy, and monitor production automations and UIs that remove manual steps. You will partner with frontend engineers to productize ops tooling, execute operational procedures to identify automation opportunities, and instrument baseline and outcome metrics. You will produce platform briefs and RFCs, collaborate with licensed stakeholders to ensure auditable and safe automations with role-based access and runbooks, and own the full lifecycle of the systems you build, including CI/CD, monitoring, on-call rotations, and incident response. You will prioritize auditability, traceability, and data lineage to ensure transparency for auditors and regulators.
