Key Responsibilities
Develop analytical frameworks translating operational challenges, capability gaps, and Critical Operational Issues (COIs) into measurable experimentation objectives.
Establish Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), evaluation criteria, and data-collection methodologies.
Conduct statistical analysis, modeling and simulation, and quantitative assessments of experimentation and technology-performance data.
Evaluate technology effectiveness, suitability, survivability, and operational relevance to support investment and fielding decisions.
Develop analytical models, visualizations, and decision-support products communicating technical findings to Government stakeholders.
Validate analytical methodologies and support quality assurance, statistical rigor, and traceability of Body of Evidence (BoE) products.
Apply predictive analytics, AI/ML, and advanced analytical techniques to complex operational and technical challenges.
Integrate findings across experimentation events and datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and operational implications.
Coordinate analytical activities with Combatant Commands, Military Services, Government organizations, and industry partners.
Provide analytical expertise to Cross-Functional Analysis Teams (CFATs) and support continuous improvement of experimentation methodologies.
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance.
