The Operations Software Developer will build and optimize systems, tools, and processes to support portfolio managers in underwriting and managing loans. The role focuses on automating manual workflows and improving performance management using Zoho and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Your first mission will be to optimise the performance of the network of
portfolio managers that manage merchants, underwrite and manage loans. This includes building great systems & tools to help them make better decisions and achieve success by building large portfolios of well-performing loans. - Automate, Delegate or Digitise the manual processes in the pillar
- Build out a coaching and performance management system to achieve 90% of team above target
- Systematize the management of the pillar incentives and tools
Skills You Will Use or Develop:
- Systems: Building and managing a system of people, incentives, tools and processes
- Design & Communication: Solving problems by improving the UI people use.
