Operations Specialist
- Support the Operations Manager in coordinating plant-wide operational activities across Production, Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and Security
- Maintain structured operational records, reports, schedules, and documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability
- Consolidate and analyze operational data to support decision-making and performance visibility
- Track action items, operational initiatives, and interdepartmental follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Assist in workforce and shift coordination documentation to prevent administrative gaps that could affect operations
- Support compliance documentation related to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate meetings, operational reviews, and cross-functional communication workflows
- Monitor inventory and material movement reports to flag inconsistencies or documentation gaps
- Ensure proper filing and version control of SOPs, operational guidelines, and process updates
- Strengthen administrative systems that reduce operational delays, miscommunication, and inefficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field
- 4–7 years’ experience in operations coordination, administrative operations, or plant support roles within FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong understanding of structured operational environments and factory workflow systems
- Experience supporting senior operations leaders with reporting and coordination
- High proficiency in documentation management, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced processing environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination capability
