What you'll do
You will carry out the management of resident onboarding and offboarding through a mostly digital process.
You will coordinate the internal maintenance team, external providers, asset owners, and architects, and you will provide direct attention and resolution to issues raised by residents.
You will participate in the setup, conditioning, and launch of new coliving buildings, collaborating closely with the Architecture area.
You will control the management of purchases, supplies, and the constant optimization of operating costs.
You will organize events and activities aimed at energizing and strengthening the Aticco Living resident community.
You will maintain constant alignment and coordination with the Sales, Marketing, Administration, and Real Estate departments.
