The Business Intelligence Specialist is responsible for transforming data into actionable information that supports strategic decision-making and performance management. The position develops and maintains dashboards, management reports, and automated reporting solutions that provide visibility into key operational metrics, turnaround times, SLA compliance, performance and productivity. The role collaborates with operations teams, IT, and Operations management to analyze data, identify operational risks, improvement opportunities, and performance gaps. The Business Intelligence Specialist also ensures data accuracy, drives reporting automation, and provides data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency, compliance, and organizational performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mainly responsible for data gathering and preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports
Prepare and maintain day-to-day productivity reports, particularly data related to title transfer
Support process improvement initiatives, including system enhancements and report/dashboard design
Around 90% of the role will focus on maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools
Analyze and validate data accuracy before publishing approved reports to Power BI as the official MIS
Maintain and update reports on a regular/daily basis
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot), and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of data modeling, dashboard development, and performance measurement frameworks.
Ability to perform statistical and trend analysis.
Strong presentation and data storytelling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND LICENCES REQUIRED:
Educational Background: BS Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related programs (Candidates from other courses may also be considered, provided they have relevant Data Analytics experience)
Experience: Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics (Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience may still be considered)
Experience in operations analytics, financial analytics, real estate operations, shared services, or banking is an advantage
