What You'll Do

As our Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all outlets while delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives.

💰 Salary: $4,000-5,000/month (+ housing and relocation allowance)

Key Responsibilities

• As our Operations Specialist, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Company's operations in Indonesia by establishing and maintaining operational standards, improving efficiency and quality, supporting new outlet and brand launches, and working with local teams to ensure consistent execution of the Company's business strategies and operational objectives.

  Your responsibilities will include:

  (i) Operational Excellence: Monitor and support the day-to-day operational performance of assigned outlets, identify operational inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and ensure consistent implementation of the Company's operational standards and Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs");

  (ii) Quality Assurance: Conduct regular operational audits and assessments across outlets to evaluate compliance with the Company's quality, service, cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards, and work closely with outlet teams to implement corrective and preventive measures where necessary;

  (iii) SOP Development and Process Improvement: Assist in the development, review, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational SOPs, workflows, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the Company's operations;

  (iv) Training and Operational Support: Provide operational guidance, coaching, and support to outlet managers and employees, assist in onboarding and training programmes, and identify operational capability gaps to improve overall team performance;

  (v) New Outlet Opening and Expansion Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of new outlet openings, including operational readiness, staff training, outlet setup, and post-opening operational support to ensure a smooth and successful launch;

  (vi) Operational Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and prepare operational data and reports, monitor key operational performance indicators, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to Management to enhance operational effectiveness and business performance;

  (vii) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including Operations, Central Kitchen, Procurement, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders, to coordinate operational initiatives, resolve operational issues, and support the achievement of the Company's business objectives;

  (viii) Operational Projects: Participate in and support operational improvement projects, digitalisation initiatives, quality assurance programmes, cost optimisation initiatives, and other strategic projects assigned by Management from time to time;

  (ix) Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, operational procedures, food safety requirements, workplace safety standards, and all applicable laws and regulations, while promoting operational discipline and continuous improvement across the Company's operations; and

  (x) Other Duties: Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time, which are consistent with the Employee's role and contribute to the operational efficiency, growth, and business objectives of the Company.
