Operations Specialist
Role overview:
The Operations Specialist serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership by managing high-priority projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities:
-Project Management
Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Track action items and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and project status reports.
Recommend process improvements that increase organizational efficiency.
Manage confidential projects and sensitive information with discretion.
Support organizational planning, goal tracking, and operational initiatives.
Assist with implementation of new processes, systems, and organizational changes.
-Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain organized documentation, files, and project records.
Coordinate contracts, invoices, vendor communications, and administrative workflows as needed.
Research information and prepare analyses to support executive decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of project management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
