Operations Specialist - Customs Clearance

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Customs Clearance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who are looking to start or grow their careers in operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

* Support daily customs clearance operations.

* Follow up on shipment documents and ensure their accuracy.

* Coordinate with internal departments and the field customs clearance team.

* Assist in managing the customs clearance process efficiently.

* Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

* Ensure timely follow-up on shipments and operational activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree.

* Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

* Team player with strong communication skills.

* Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
