Operations Specialist | Galaxys

Description:

Digitain is looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Company's team. He/She must ensure the correct operation of online monitoring and game risk evaluation and provide support to our customers on a daily basis

Job responsibilities:

• Perform all types of configurations in the company’s Back Office systems.
• Communicate directly with partners to handle requests such as currency additions, limit changes and new project setups.
• Work closely with Technical and Product teams to ensure seamless integrations and timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of partner setups, configurations, and activation processes.
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes, optimize technology use and implement best practices.
• Identify and resolve setup or configuration issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of partner support and escalate critical issues when required.
• Manage and follow up on tickets with internal teams to obtain necessary information or technical support.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree; a technical background is preferable
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strongly developed decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create reports in written form
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work in different fast-paced work environments and quickly respond to changing situations
• Attention to detail and well-developed memory
• High sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
