Description
Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,000 per month
About the role
This is an operations-focused role supporting client account management and billing operations. Although an Information Technology background is required, the position does not involve coding or software development.
Key responsibilities
Client account setup, invitation and activation, freezing/unfreezing, and quota settings
Contract review
Billing, invoice generation, and prepaid client balance monitoring
Balance adjustments after client top-ups
Timely response and resolution of client issues
About you
Bachelor's degree in information technology or business information system
CGPA of 3.5 or above
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Willingness to handle repetitive tasks
Willing to respond to client inquiries outside of working hours
Service-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
