As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting account administration, and a variety of operational and administrative initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the financial services industry while working alongside a collaborative team that values continuous learning, professional growth, and service excellence. The long-term goal of the role would be to grow into a senior operational leader within the firm.
What you’ll Do:
Provide operational and executive support to leadership, assisting them with daily management priorities and follow-through
Coordinate billing and accounts payable processes, assist with vendor relationships, and help resolve operational issues
Work to improve internal workflows, Salesforce administration, the client experience, and the firm’s broader software/technology processes
Assist with operational preparation for surge review seasons and provide light marketing and project coordination support
Assist the operations team with client account administration
Process account openings, maintenance requests, updates
Work closely with custodians and platform providers such as Charles Schwab, Nationwide, and College America
What You Bring:
