Auxilio exists to serve these organizations as a trusted business partner, allowing ministry leaders and executive directors to focus on spreading the Christian gospel across the U.S. If this mission resonates with you, we would love to welcome you on board.

Auxilio is a Christian-owned business that fosters a connected culture. We hold weekly staff meetings for business updates, offer support to one another, and pray for our clients, all to build a strong community.

We're looking for candidates residing and working in CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA. Please note that we can only consider applicants who live and work in the listed states. We also welcome military spouses outside these states as long as they are legal residents of one of the hiring states (as qualified by the MSRRA). For recruiters, Auxilio will not use for-hire recruitment for this position, and does not give permission to be contacted.

  • Communication: Respond to client inquiries regarding financial transactions or donation records with sincerity and helpfulness.
  • Coordination: Work with vendors, client employees, contractors, donors, and financial institutions as needed to accomplish tasks.
  • Professional Presence: Build credibility and rapport with ministry stakeholders through consistent, high-quality service.

5% — Community

  • Internal Connection: Participate in weekly staff meetings for prayer, business updates, and team support. Engaging in internal company spaces (when appropriate and comfortable) to nurture community, collaboration, and culture

Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping required. Experience with church or faith-based non-profit operations is highly preferred. Or minimum of 1 year as an Operations Assistant with exceptional performance.
  • Technical: Proficiency in finance/accounting software, payroll systems, and Google Workspace.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, conscientiousness, and the ability to diagnose/solve complex bookkeeping problems.
  • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience.

Our Ideal Candidate

You are a meticulous "number-cruncher" with a heart for ministry. You find satisfaction in a perfectly balanced ledger and are motivated by the knowledge that your work directly supports the spread of the Christian gospel. You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micro-managed, possessing the "sense of urgency" required to meet tight financial and payroll deadlines.
