Operations Specialist

Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 per month

Role Summary:

Responsible for LAKI's daily platform operations in the Philippine market, including promotion management, reward distribution, regulatory submission preparation, product function consultation, operational issue coordination, competitor research, and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Arrange, execute, and manage daily promotional activities according to the platform's operational plans.

2. Configure promotions through the backend management system, including activity settings, reward configuration, and reward distribution.

3. Monitor promotion schedules and execution progress, ensuring activities are launched and operated correctly.

4. Prepare and organize promotion approval documents, including promotion mechanics, eligibility requirements, reward details, and supporting materials.

5. Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up on promotion submissions, required revisions, and approval progress.

6. Maintain a thorough understanding of LAKI's promotional features, system functions, and operational procedures.

7. Support the customer service team by explaining promotion rules, reward mechanisms, system functions, and player-related inquiries.

8. Monitor key competitors' promotional activities, product features, reward mechanisms, and operational strategies.

9. Prepare competitor analysis reports, identify market trends, and provide observations and improvement suggestions.

10. Prepare creative briefs and design requests, coordinating with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure promotional materials are delivered on schedule.

11. Assist in resolving operational issues and coordinating communication across customer service, marketing, design, and product development teams.

12. Use AI tools to support documentation, competitor research, information analysis, content preparation, and daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong observation, learning, and logical thinking skills.

• Ability to understand promotion rules, system workflows, and operational procedures.

• Good communication, coordination, and task management skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Basic experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools.

• Ability to communicate professionally in English.

• No prior work experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Gaming / iGaming or online entertainment platforms.

• Experience in promotion execution, campaign planning, or platform operations.

• Familiarity with promotional mechanics, reward systems, loyalty programs, or membership activities.

• Experience using backend management systems.

• Experience in competitor research, market monitoring, or analytical reporting.

• Ability to communicate Chinese.
