Operations Specialist (Special Programs)

About the Position: Serves as Deputy Division Chief of an ASCC Directorate Sensitive Activities Division at TF 40-25 with responsibility for overall program management (policy, resource management, budget formulation, justification and execution) of designated Special Programs.

Establish policy and long-range organizational plans by analyzing Joint and Theater Irregular Warfare (IW) mission assignments to determine strategic program objectives.

Design comprehensive management studies and organizational solutions to resolve complex resource issues and improve operational work processes.

Supervise federal civilian, military, and contractor subordinates to assign work, evaluate performance, and address training or developmental needs.

Develop operational support programs and long-range directives in compliance with command planning, programming, and budgeting regulations.

Coordinate special programs and sensitive activities with interagency partners, higher headquarters, and command operating officials to resolve funding, policy, and operational issues.
