At Stella Stays - You will:
As an Operations Specialist at Stella Stays, you will play a critical role in building and managing the residential hospitality operations of our company across the Kingdom.
You will also be:
Responsible for creating and implementing hospitality standards and processes to ensure a world-class guest experience. They will lead a high-performance team to execute these standards and processes.
Oversee the building operations team within Stella Stays KSA properties, ensuring that rooms and apartments are ready, conducting quality audits, and responding to guest needs.
Work closely with the HQ and City Leads, City Operations team to ensure a best-in-class end-to-end service and meeting targets for operations, cost, and guest experience.
Create Training materials and framework to train Operations specialists in KSA.
Manage guest-facing operations and housekeeping, and be the ultimate point of contact for escalations and emergencies within the Operations team in KSA.
Responsible for maintaining quality vendor relationships with housekeeping, replenishment, and logistics companies and ensuring that maintenance workers, handymen, plumbers, electricians, and landlords are delivering in line with expectations.
Responsible for process improvement and cost savings through careful analysis of data and creative solutions. You will collaborate with HQ and City Lead to optimize strategies and tactics and build a culture of “hospitality everywhere” among the operations and guest experience teams.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Operations Lead role at Stella Stays:
Will have a proven track record of leadership in the hospitality industry, specifically within fast-growing and reputable brands.
They should possess experience in managing teams across multiple locations and have exceptional people management skills, including hiring, training, coaching, and leading both full and part time employees.
They should have experience with contract negotiation, and managing external partners and suppliers.
The candidate should have experience in project management and launching experience, either in the hospitality industry or consulting.
They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and have a proven ability to define systems and processes.
The candidate should be a creative thinker who is excited about the opportunity to challenge assumptions and play a role in shaping the future of the hospitality industry. They should be proficient with Google applications and open to embracing new technology.
The candidate should have a "whatever it takes" mentality to ensure success in the role.
