What You'll Do

As an Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in processing financial transactions and ensuring funds are accurately applied to customer accounts. Responsibilities include:

• Processing and entering high volumes of transaction data with precision
• Reviewing deposit information for completeness and accuracy
• Verifying account details and ensuring funds are applied correctly
• Identifying and resolving exceptions that require manual review
• Supporting operational workflows during periods of increased volume
• Maintaining compliance with internal policies and quality standards
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely processing of transactions

Required Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting and simple functions
• Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services or banking experience
• Experience in high-volume transaction processing environments
• Customer service experience
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
