Operations Supervisor

· Ensuringall machines are functioning efficiently

· Involve in problem solving issues with clients

· Staff attendance and scheduling

· In charge of training and overseeing the operations

· Doing daily QC checks

· Ensure safe work and hygiene procedures are implementedto control risks

· Able to be hands on and help in operations, inIncluding carpentry work

· Responsible to ensure all staffs meet their jobexpectations

· Liaising and coordinate with inter-departments toresolve issues

· Making sure staff following SOP process

· Lead a team in achieving efficient production andensure product quality and maximize of resources

· Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirement

· Able to work with minimum supervision

· Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant position

· Able to commit to shift work when necessary

· Good communication skills

· Require to work on weekends & holiday Roles &Responsibilities
