Job type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Grand Cayman, with Sister Island cover as required
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm;half-day on Saturday, with after-hours/call-out work as operationally required
Duties
Lead the day-to-day delivery of Pestkil’s pest-management operations across the three islands. Manage Service and Senior Technicians — daily check-in/check-out, setting expectations, coaching, evaluations, and managing attendance, conduct and corrective action with HR/Manager support. Build and optimize daily routes and schedules in PestPac, balancing workload and absorbing unscheduled and emergency jobs. Run quality-control ride-alongs, job audits and service-note reviews; support callback investigation and re-treatment reduction; and reinforce safety, label and PPE compliance and commercial-audit readiness with the H&S Supervisor. Price and scope jobs, convert inspections to sales, and support key accounts and complaint resolution. Manage chemical and equipment stock and reordering; oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections and roadworthiness. Monitor productivity, material usage and route profitability, and deputize for the Operations Manager as required.
Qualifications & experience (essential)
Eight to ten years’ substantial pest-control field experience including complex work, with supervisory or team-lead exposure; strong PestPac and Microsoft Office/Outlook skills; Safe Use & Handling of Pesticide training; Certified Sentricon Specialist competence; a sound understanding of IPM, safety and commercial-audit requirements; and a valid, clean Cayman Islands driver’s license. Strong skills in leadership and coaching, scheduling and routing, performance management, quoting and sales, quality control and auditing, inventory and fleet, and basic financial literacy. Preferred: NPMA QualityPro / Pro Certified, working toward ACE / ACE-International, and supervisory or management training.
Salary: CI$4,850 – CI$5,000
