Operations Supervisor

Signature Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations across multiple sites throughout the NY Metropolitan area. This role requires daily travel to ensure that cleaning standards are consistently met, employees are completing their assigned hours, and all locations are fully staffed and supported. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for training new hires, overseeing special projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a strong field presence to guarantee quality and compliance with company expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Travel daily to multiple sites across the NY Metropolitan area to oversee janitorial teams and ensure quality service.

• Monitor employee attendance, task completion, and adherence to cleaning standards; address any performance issues promptly.

• Provide hands-on training for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members.

• Ensure all additional or one-time projects are completed on schedule and within budgeted hours.

• Review and approve employee timesheets for payroll via app/online portal.

• Conduct and submit monthly site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.

• Maintain adequate inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

• Motivate staff, promote team morale, and foster a strong service culture.

• Serve as the main point of contact for building management, tenants, and vendors.

• Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent site needs.

• Communicate regularly with management and provide timely updates on operational matters.

• Follow and implement company policies and procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met.
