Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operation Process Analyst to evaluate, improve, and optimize our business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing operational workflows, processes, and systems
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction or productivity improvement
• Design and implement process enhancements to support business objectives
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of improvements
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor performance
• Prepare reports, SOPs, and documentation for new and existing processes
• Support change management efforts and conduct training as needed
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in process analysis, operations, or business improvement roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
