Operations Support Analyst - Harvest
Overview
Harvest Support Analyst coordinates with our leadership team to conduct audits, complete projects, and manage extra tasks for our teams. You'll be self-motivated and driven to complete your initiatives. You will connect daily with your leaders to identify assignments and plan for them throughout the week. Your ability to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards is critical to our mission. The role also involves end-to-end ownership of projects, from initial concept to implementation, and the incumbent will be a key player in crafting and implementing creative corrective action plans that proactively resolve issues before they can negatively impact clients.
Responsibilities
As a Harvest Support Analyst, you could be doing some of the following:
- Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives to identify reasons for operational challenges.
- Own and manage 2-3 RCCA-based projects at a time.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage project timelines.
- Analyze project data to measure the success of initiatives and transform raw data into easy-to-digest formats, such as graphs or charts.
- Act as the primary liaison and project owner for initiatives.
- Report on project progress directly to leadership.
- Assist in coaching leaders to ensure they understand project KPIs.
- Investigate the root causes of utility provider delays to clear old inventory and inform future projects.
- Assist Leadership with initiatives.
- Lead Client Triage/escalation engagement, including developing, implementing, and enforcing an escalation process (e.g. standardized forms, required documents)
- Escalation coordination: serve as the coordinating authority for cross-functional teams (Ingest, Exceptions, Funding, etc.) to drive solutions for escalated issues.
