Job Description
Logistics operations specialist with import and export experience.
➤ Manage the order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
➤ Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and ensure accurate, timely and document management.
➤ Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders.
➤ Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely submission to the Finance Department.
➤ Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate monthly management reports.
➤ Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
➤ Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous process improvements
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Possess the following skills:
a. Teamwork
b. Communication skills
c. Time management and accuracy
d. Problem solving
e. Knowledge of Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
f. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)
Possess the following personality traits:
a. Self-motivated
b. Determined
c. Passionate about Logistics
Must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel.
