Provide L1-L3 operations support for production and non-production cloud environments in Singapore: incident management, root cause analysis, full-stack monitoring, AWS operations, and workflow automation with Terraform/Ansible — including support for AI workloads such as RAG and data pipelines.
What You'll Do
Monitor production & non‑production environments to ensure optimal performance Provide L1-L3 support, including code‑level troubleshooting Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis & drive preventive actions Implement full‑stack monitoring (APM + cloud‑native tools) Support cloud operations (AWS preferred) including IAM, environment setup & optimisation Automate operational workflows using scripting/IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Support AI‑related workloads (RAG, workflow automation, data pipelines) Maintain SOPs, audit‑ready documentation & operational dashboards Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑uptime, high‑quality service
What You Bring
Experience in application operations, DevOps or cloud‑based support roles Hands‑on with AWS, monitoring tools, ITSM platforms & automation/scripting Strong problem‑solving skills & ability to troubleshoot across the stack Clear communicator who can translate technical issues for non‑technical stakeholders Familiarity with AI workflows (RAG, tool calling, data lakes) is a strong plus Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
