π° Salary: Up to $2,200 per month
π Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Review and verify records to ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Complete daily work tasks and ensure all assigned transactions are processed on time.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to clients, including compiling the required information and updates.
- Assist in preparing reports for document disposal and records management activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including quality checks, tracking, and data updates.
- Transfer information from documents into the required systems or formats with accuracy.
- Support business continuity activities, including participating in system and application testing when required.
- Review and verify application details and supporting documents based on established guidelines.
- Assess appeals and provide recommendations according to approved procedures.
- Work closely with team members to ensure service standards and operational targets are met.
- Follow company policies, data protection requirements, and quality standards when handling records and information.
Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling records and data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital tools and systems is an advantage.
- Positive, responsible team player with good interpersonal skills.
