We are currently recruiting in Belgium for the following position: Operations Support Manager for BeLux.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performance Tracking: creating a weekly overview of station performance across all relevant key metrics, including the utilization of WaND/Esig, Kiosk, MDMS, and Care-items (NPS, Google reviews).
- Project Deployment: ensuring an improved and smoother rollout of operational projects initiated by the Group (e.g., the implementation of new uniforms).
- Station Audits: planning and organizing regular operational audits within the rental locations.
- Operational Excellence: fostering and developing an operational excellence mindset among the Station Managers.
- Complaint Management: following up on customer complaints and collaborating with Station Managers to design and implement effective action plans.
- Technical Support: serving as the primary point of contact for stations experiencing technical issues with payment terminals or internal systems (such as MDMS, WaND and Wizard).
What You'll Bring
