Operations Support Technician

Job Description

• Advanced knowledge of operating tools;
• Communicating with Customer(s) & managing them;
• Drawing and checking of materials;
• Understanding of Floorplans;
• Ensuring on service level;
• Checking on quality and neatness of works;
• Updating on progress via whatsapp photos / messages / emails;
• Product Knowledge (technical specs);
• Standing in for any MCs or longer leave for any maintenance personnel;
• Manning maintenance call line if assigned;
• Hands-on troubleshoot;
• Deploy out on emergency / OT service calls if required;
• Driver if needed;
• Vehicle Maintenance and management;
• Office Maintenance if assigned

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC (Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology/Built Environment) or work- related experience
• Good communication & team work skills
• Flexibility & willingness to work overtime and night shifts occasionally (as jobs require)
