Provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office or department. This role is responsible for handling routine tasks, including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and providing assistance to managers and team members as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel when necessary.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide customer service support.
Maintain organization of office files, records, and supplies.
Assist in updating and maintaining databases or tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One to three years of relevant administrative experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
• Experience with scheduling and document management processes.
