What You’ll Do
- Manage daily workload and productivity of warehouse operations including Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Packing, and Shipping
- Accurately fill customer orders following established operational processes
- Assist in local deliveries when the need arises
- Release, prioritize, and determine any special requirements needed for customer orders
- Understand and comprehend a variety of operational procedures, some area specific, to provide hands-on assistance where needed
- Aid in inventory restocking and shipping areas to ensure seamless distribution center processes
- Safely operate all warehouse equipment and obey all safety rules
- Help maintain accurate distribution center inventory quantity and quality while pulling product; restocks order fulfillment supplies as needed
- Follow all housekeeping procedures; maintain clean and organized warehouse
