Operations Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

Oversee daily operations and manpower deployment while coordinating with clients to meet staffing needs. Supervise and train staff, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage administrative tasks to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to deploy manpower resources efficiently and meet operational goals
• Coordinate with clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs
• Supervise and train operational staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement solutions
• Perform administrative tasks including accurate data entry to support operational functions
• Coordinate office events and meetings with clients to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate operational status and insights to stakeholders
• Work effectively in a non-air-conditioned, fast-paced environment while managing dynamic and ad hoc tasks
• Handle confidential information with discretion and work independently to meet job demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid driver’s license

• Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills demonstrated through managing multiple operational and administrative duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and staff effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report preparation
• Minimum qualification of Higher NITEC
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
