Are you highly organized, a strong communicator, and someone who enjoys figuring out how to make things work better? Join Elevate Living as an Operations Workflow Manager and take ownership of coordinating the people, vendors, and resources that keep our maintenance operations moving.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring maintenance requests and unit-related work are completed efficiently while delivering a great experience for our residents.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is motivated, organized, comfortable taking ownership, and excited to grow their experience in operations and process management.

What You’ll Do
Own the Workflow
Coordinate and manage maintenance workflows across our portfolio, helping ensure the right resources are assigned to the right work at the right time. You’ll help prioritize service needs, coordinate maintenance technicians and outside vendors, and adjust plans as priorities change.
Keep People Organized and Informed
Communication is a major part of this role. You’ll work with maintenance teams, property teams, leadership, and vendors to set expectations, communicate priorities, follow up on outstanding work, and make sure everyone knows what needs to happen next.
Solve Problems
Maintenance operations don’t always go according to plan. You’ll identify roadblocks, think through solutions, make adjustments, and keep work moving forward. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable making decisions, asking questions, and taking initiative rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem.
Improve How We Work
Use data and operational insights to identify opportunities to improve our processes. You’ll monitor key performance indicators such as response times, completion rates, and outstanding work and turn those insights into practical improvements.
Use Technology to Drive Efficiency
Become a power user of the systems and technology that support our operations. You’ll learn how our platforms work, help identify opportunities to use them more effectively, and support new processes and technology as our operations evolve.
Support Safe and Consistent Operations
Help ensure our workflows align with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, and communicate concerns to the appropriate teams when they arise.
Who You Are
Organized
You enjoy bringing structure to busy environments. You can keep track of multiple priorities, deadlines, people, and moving pieces without losing sight of the details.
A Strong Communicator
You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently. You’re comfortable following up, asking questions, setting expectations, and working with people across different teams and levels of the organization.
Driven
You take ownership of your work and follow through. When something needs to get done, you don’t wait to be reminded—you figure out the next step and keep things moving.
A Problem Solver
You enjoy understanding why something isn’t working and finding a better way forward. You’re comfortable working through situations where the answer isn't immediately obvious.
Adaptable
Priorities can change quickly in operations. You can shift gears, reorganize your day, and stay productive when new challenges come up.
Eager to Grow
You’re interested in learning how a growing company operates and want a role where you can build valuable experience in operations, technology, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership.
Qualifications
You don't need to have spent years working in property management to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone with the right combination of organization, communication, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
Our ideal candidate has:
-
0–2 years of professional experience in operations, coordination, project management, logistics, property management, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience and demonstrated ability are equally valued
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
-
A track record of taking ownership and following through on commitments
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
-
Ability to set expectations and professionally hold vendors and partners accountable
-
Comfort learning and working within new technology platforms
-
Ability to work through changing priorities and situations where there may not be an established playbook
-
Curiosity about how businesses operate and a desire to continuously improve processes
This position does not have direct people-management responsibilities, but you will have significant responsibility for coordinating work, influencing outcomes, and keeping teams and partners aligned.
