Operations Working Students (all genders)
We are looking for a motivated Operations working student to support our Logistics and Service activities. This is a hands-on, operational role with exposure to a global organization, working closely with teams in the US and Europe.
What you will do
- Support inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Track shipments and follow up on deliveries with logistics partners
- Assist with inventory management, stock monitoring, and discrepancies
- Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Service and Support) across different regions
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master in Supply Chain, Operations or Business
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with hands-on, operational tasks and daily execution
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up mindset
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially:
- Excel
- Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Salesforce and SAP skills would be highly appreciated
