Summary
Perform visual inspections of manufacturing samples, document defects, and collaborate with teams to maintain production quality in a cleanroom environment.
Job Description
- Perform shiftly routine visual inspection on samples including ad-hoc samples
- Provide clear and complete information pertaining MVI
- Follow-up 2nd-level analysis samples results
- Maintain records, analyze issues, and initiate corrective actions to maintain consistent production quality
- Collaborate with production, QC leader & engineering teams to uphold high-quality standards
- Document all findings and issues in accordance & send out accurate quality report at the end of each shift
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Normal or correctable eyesight for defect detection
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required
- Provide training to technicians new to the role when applicable
- Follow housekeeping & safety and health rules
- Willing to work in the cleanroom environment
- May required to learn up more than one working area and flexible to work at area assigned
REQUIRED:
- SPM or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
PREFERRED:
- Knowledge in MS EXCEL

- Good analytical skills
