Sử dụng cơ bản đúng cách theo các hướng dẫn và thành thạo 1 loại máy dán linh kiện điện tử (máy Datacom, ASM, Wirebond..)

Giữ gìn, bảo quản cho máy trong tình trạng tốt nhất có thể sử lý một vài lỗi cơ bản của máy dán linh kiện điện tử

Hiểu biết nguyên lý dán linh kiện điện tử

2. Chương trình vận hành máy

Xem xét và chọn đúng chương trình vận hành

Hiểu và xử lý được những lỗi cơ bản.

Cấp nguyên vật liệu cho máy

3. Dụng cụ và hóa chất

Phân biệt được loại dụng cụ của từng loại sản phẩm.

Thực hiện thay dụng cụ tuân theo theo hướng dẫn trong quy định, hướng dẫn của kỹ sư.

Am hiểu về các dụng cụ máy dán điện tử

Biết các loại keo dán cho linh kiện điện tử

Biết cách lắp dụng cụ, hóa chất cho máy cho từng sản phẩm cụ thể.
