Operator, Build to Stock
Summary
Organizes and tracks inventory in a manufacturing setting, matching components to specifications and maintaining accurate records to improve efficiency and safety.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
1. Ensure that components are matched correctly according to material specifications (WOFs).
2. Completes daily tasks such as pulling, sorting, and storing in a timely manner.
3. Communicates with Team Leaders and Supervisors for work related matters such as product, process,
safety or any improvement ideas.
4. Corrects inventory accuracy to improve inventory turnover.
5. Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
6. Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
7. Maintains a safe and clean work area.
8. Performs other related duties as required and as assigned.
