About the role:

Schedule: This is an alternative work schedule.

Day shift 6:00 am-6:30 pm, Night shift 6:00 pm-6:30 am

Alternating 4 x 10/2 & 3 x 10/2	Alternating Workweeks of Four (4) and Three (3) 12-hour work days, where ten (10) of the hours are paid at straight time and two (2) of the hours are paid at time-and-a-half

As an Operator I in the Gummy dept, you must be capable to gather and weigh the necessary ingredients and materials, and efficiently utilizes production equipment and executes standard process methods to produce quality products for the Gummy Production Department.

• Support and assist setup activities of the manufacturing process.
• Assist in the cooking, dosing, depositing, and post-processing of bulk gummy products.
• Ensure all documentation including batch records, logbooks, and other official batch related documentation has been completed on-time, and accurately.
• Feed and maintain raw ingredients into hoppers, mix tanks, or other manufacturing equipment.
• Perform pre-weighing, batching, curing, and bulk packaging of manufactured product.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping organization.
• Follows established department SOP's, and cGMP regulations.
• Adhere to and comply with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
• Report any safety concerns to management.
• Maintains a safe work environment and operates in a safe manner.
• Perform other job duties related to the job, as assigned by management.
