Operator 技術員

【機台操作】
1. 負責產線輪班主管指派的機台操作、安全檢查、調整、故障排除與線上產品檢驗等相關產線運作作業。上班時間需於產線久站/走動並且徒手搬運重物。
2. 確保機械設備操作、產品控制、不良品與物料處理、機台清潔符合操作說明與流程。
3. 遇製程參數偏差、設備故障與停機問題時，需立即向產線輪班主管呈報。
4. 配合機械設備技師處理機械保養維修與換機。

【清潔】
1. 依據規定表單，確保與維護機械設備的性能品質、生產線與工作環境的整潔。
2. 合宜處置生產物料與廢料。

【品質】
1. 依據品質計畫執行品檢，並確保作業遵守相關品質規定。
2. 執行規定的品質確保相關作業並提供改善建議。為指派線的品質負責人，不僅限於當班。

【其他】
1. 根據直屬主管的指示完成任務和專案。
2. 依公司人力安排學習產線各機台操作、自主保養、維修等各種程度的相關訓練。

【環安衛相關】
1. 明白工作潛在風險危害、瞭解並採取相關預防措施以確保工作安全暨衛生。
2. 依循JTI對工作危害的職安準則要求、恪守相關職安法令/法規，並配合對現有工作環境的持續改善與優化。
3. 展現安全行為，主動呈報主管職安意外、虛驚事故、未規範到之不安全情況與行為。採取對應措施以消弭上述事宜。

【Machine Operation】
1. Responsible for machine operation, safety inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting, product inspection and other related production line operations assigned by the production supervisor. During working hours, it is necessary to stand/walk around the production line for a long time and carry heavy objects with bare hands.
2. Ensures compliance with all existing instructions and procedures related to machine operation, product control, dealing with discordant products and materials, machine cleaning, etc.
3. Immediately informs Group Coordinator or Shift Leader about problems with the performance of production process parameters, failures and stoppages.
4. Cooperates with mechanics during repairs, maintenance and conversions.

【Cleaning】
1. Follow check list to ensures machine good condition, production line and workstation cleanness.
2. Properly treats materials required for production and production waste.

【Quality】
1. Perform quality checks according to the quality plan and ensure all quality criteria being followed.
2. Execute specified quality assurance related task and provide improvement suggestions. Act as the owner of qualify for the assigned line, not limited to any shifts.

【Other】
1. Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
2. According to the company's arrangement, receive related training such as operations of different machines, self-maintenance, and repair.

【Environment, Health and Safety】
1. Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep the workplace healthy and safe.
2. Ensure compliance to the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well as the cooperation on the continuous improvement process.
3. Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to the supervisor and carry out any measures to eliminate them.
