Overview

This role will be responsible for monitoring the operating status of fermentation tanks, adjusting key process parameters, ensuring a stable and controllable fermentation process, and supporting normal fermentation production. Conduct routine inspections of fermentation tank operations, promptly address and report any abnormalities, maintain sanitation in the assigned area in accordance with requirements, and accurately complete operation records and shift handover records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key fermentation tank data in real time, including tank temperature, tank pressure, pH value, and air flow, to ensure all parameters remain within process requirements.
• Adjust stirring speed, feeding rate, pH value, and defoamer addition in a timely manner according to process standards.
• Maintain sanitation in the assigned area, clean equipment as required, and ensure the area meets sanitation standards.
• Complete operation records and shift handover records accurately.
• Respond quickly to abnormalities during the fermentation process, such as sudden temperature increases or abnormal dissolved oxygen levels, and report them for handling in a timely manner.
• Perform other assigned duties and projects.

Qualifications

• Under 35 years old, with an associate degree or above.
• Background in biology, chemical engineering, or related fields, and relevant work experience are preferred.
• Able to adapt to shift production and workshop environments.
• Strong learning ability and execution skills.
• Able to follow work arrangements made by workshop supervisors.
