Job Summary
You will perform counter sales and prize claim processing for various betting products, maintain cleanliness, and support other assigned duties during operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform counter sales for betting products including TOTO, 4D, Sweep, Sports Bets, and ad-hoc Charity Tickets to ensure accurate and efficient customer transactions
- Process prize claims for winning tickets accurately and promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales counter and surrounding areas through regular housekeeping duties
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet operational needs during assigned shifts
- Handle cash transactions securely and accurately to prevent discrepancies
Required competencies and certifications
- Must be at least 21 years old (legal age requirement for betting operations in Singapore)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in cash handling to support secure transaction processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Other Information
Operating Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 7pm
- Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: 8am to 7pm
